Only adults accompanying a child (or children) will be permitted to the event.
A valid ticket must be produced for admittance to the event. Each person requires a ticket (both adults and children). Only infants who are not yet walking are permitted to enter at no cost.
Ticket pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Re-entry to the event is not permitted.
The venue management and/or The Groovy Gang and its employees reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue any person for any reason deemed necessary, including those who refuse to be searched by a police officer or security official.
The event is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue management, the venue and any licensing authority.
If the venue has a valid liquor license, adults over the age of 19 are permitted to consume alcohol responsibly.
The Groovy Gang is not responsible for any adverse effects from Strobe Lighting or Bubble Machines.
The Groovy Gang may record, film or photograph the event/venue. Your attendance at the event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the photographing, filming and audio recording and your approval permission for The Groovy Gang to make full use of the photographs, recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you. This material may be used for the Groovy Gang website www.thegroovygang.ca, affiliate website, press or promotional materials. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed please advise a Groovy Gang staff member in writing upon entering the venue.
Dangerous or hazardous articles are not permitted within the venue, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
By ordering or purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you expressly acknowledge and agree that The Groovy Gang, the venue, and any of its respective employees, vendors or agents SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INJURY, THEFT, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, EVEN IF THE GROOVY GANG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILTY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PURCHASE POLICY
All prices, as displayed are listed in Canadian currency (CDN).
All prices for tickets sold through this Site include applicable local sales, admission, and similar taxes.
The Groovy Gang reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Admission is only valid for the date that has been booked and is listed on the ticket.
All Sales Are Final.
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
By making a purchase on the Site, you agree that you are at least 19 years of age.
No money will be refunded or bookings exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled.
Ticket fees will not be refunded to any participant because that person fails to attend or is withdrawn from the event for any reason.
The Groovy Gang is not responsible for any exchange rate losses during the order or refund process (for example, if the transaction takes place in one currency but the ticket buyer's credit card account is in another).
No tickets may be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as competitions, promotions or hospitality packages) without the written consent of The Groovy Gang. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become void and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the venue.
The Groovy Gang is not responsible for deliveries that take longer than the estimated times. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours prior to the event you have an obligation to notify The Groovy Gang in writing at info@thegroovygang.ca
The Groovy Gang is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date, or time. No customer initiated refunds, cancellations, or exchanges allowed with the exception of a canceled event.
In the event of cancellation, The Groovy Gang’s sole obligation and liability shall be to provide a full refund of the face value of the ticket (any ticket service, shipping, and handling fees will not be refunded). No other claims will be entertained. Tickets must be returned to our offices in order for you to receive a refund.
No refunds will be given if the event is running but the venue has changed from the originally advertised location.
Tickets should be returned via traceable means (e.g. certified mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.), and all requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the canceled event. By entering payment information and submitting your order you understand that this will serve as an authorized signature.
If the ticket is used in breach of these terms and conditions it is void (and The Groovy Gang and/or the owner of the event reserve the right to cancel this booking and retain any monies paid there for) and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Groovy Gang, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, venue/facility, participants and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
i) your use of this Site (www.thegroovygang.ca), including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site; and/or
ii) such third party’s attendance at an event organized by The Groovy Gang with a ticket purchased by you.
Once you place your order on The Groovy Gang website (www.thegroovygang.ca), you (customer) have electronically signed an agreement and have 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes, discrepancies, or questions about the tickets. These discrepancies may include: tickets for the wrong event/date and/or if the tickets are damaged. In such instances like these, every effort possible will be made to rectify the situation. However, if your original order is no longer available, and replacement tickets are no longer an option, the order will be cancelled. In order for the refund to be processed, the tickets must be shipped back to The Groovy Gang to receive a refund. Please note that there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on orders with inconsistencies.
In any case where tickets are mailed, in no circumstance whatsoever is The Groovy Gang responsible for any typos or incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for returned orders.
With no exceptions, the customer has an obligation/duty to notify The Groovy Gang prior to the order being shipped if there are any changes to the shipping address.
The Groovy Gang is not responsible in any circumstance for any delivery problems/delays after the order has been shipped.
All times for delivery are dependent on the availability in your delivery area.
